Closing the Deal

We have a tentative closing date of August 1st. However, the title search turned up a small problem and it looks like we will be delayed for a bit. I know this is where we are supposed to be so I will be patient and understand that things are not in my control. Phrog and Munkey Artist Retreat is still on the drawing board but feet on land soon...
