Buffalo Gap
Munkey and I are on our way to Buffalo Gap to set up shop at the weekend Buffalo Gap Market Days. A little history to entice to come out and join us. Buffalo Gap was established in 1857 and was settled at a natural pass between the Brazos and Colorado Rivers where buffalo herds traveled. The original seat of Taylor County, the town once held a college and multiple thriving businesses. Today the town has a population of approximately 400, with several great restaurants, a few quaint businesses, and the monthly Buffalo Gap Market Days.
The Market Days are held on the third weekend of every month with vendors that range from good eats, great craftsmanship and beautiful plants to true flea market vendors with an eclectic variety of stuff. This will be our second time to do the market days and I am sure it won't be our last. Come out and see us and on your way wave at west Texas.
